It was my first time trying a mouth tape and I feel like I started with the best! I am getting very restful sleep and my throat no longer feels dry or sore when waking. This tape also allows for chapstick or moisturizer to be used underneath so my lips still feel nice and soft in the morning!

Love!!! I always do my skincare and have a heavy layer of a hydrating cream. This has caused me problems with mouth tape but not with Say Less! This actually sticks and has caused a huge improvement in my sleep quality. Definitely recommend more!
