Returns Eligibility:

Our return policy applies to all Night Lips products purchased directly from SayLess Night Lips.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe cannot be processed for a refund.

The Night Lips must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Certain Night Lips products may have specific return requirements due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service for clarification.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@getsayless.com within the specified return period.

Provide your order number, the Night Lips product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if necessary.

Please ensure that the Night Lips product(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return/Refund Options:

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned Night Lips product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchange:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective Night Lips product, please contact our customer support immediately.

We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a refund.
