I have literally tried every single mouth tape on the market that you can possibly imagine lol. I can confidently say that say less is the best of the best. Not only that, but the design is so cute, the colors are perfection and their branding is incredible and their team is amazing. It stays on my lips all night, long for forcing you to breathe through my nose, which helps with jaw definition and prevents mouth breathing, which is the ultimate goal for a deep night sleep. I truly cannot recommend this more and I love it! Honestly, I do not think there will ever be a night in my life that I do not sleep without it
I’ve seen so many benefits since using these- I haven’t gotten sick as much as before, my mouth isn’t dry when I wake up and my snowing is basically gone. I cannot sleep without these now!!
I’ve tried everything - hostage, sport tape, real tape, etc. this has been the only one that worked, felt comfortable, and let me sleep all night long
I didn’t think these would work as well as they claimed. But they are great! Stay on and come off easily without hurting my skin. I don’t feel “smothered” as I feared as they are breathable and comfortable.

I used to use medical tape since it was more cost-efficient but it would fall off frequently and wouldn’t stay on over lip moisturizer. Sayless mouth tapes were able to stay on my lips even with moisturizer on which is a plus! It’s been about 3 weeks and I’ve been feeling more well-rested and my eye bags don’t look as dark.
Something to keep in mind is that there might be some leftover residue after you remove it in the morning, but you can wipe it away easily with water.
Best mouth tape that I have tried and I’ve spent a lot of money trying to find the right one. This is the first one that stays on with lip balm and skin care; plus it didn’t irritate my skin around my mouth.
I really like Sayless mouth tape. I have tried other brands before, some I like, one I did not. But these are my favorite. Just the right amount of adhesive and no red marks when removing from my skin. Very happy and highly recommend.
OK, so I'm a mouth breather...been forever. My ENT recommended mouth tape (who even knew it is a THING?) and I tried these... game changer! I sleep so much better, no dry throat in the morning and I swear my sinuses are taking a deep OM breath! LOVE THESE!

I sleep so much better when taping my lips. Before finding SayLess, I tried about 3 different "well-rated" lip tapes and all left my lips peeling and painful with an allergic reaction. SayLess is the only lip tape that doens't!

I started using these as part of my CPAP protocol. I was using a tight, uncomfortable chin strap to stop my mouth breathing. These were a game changer for me. Completely comfortable, they leave no residue, and they don’t irritate my overly-sensitive skin. They should be covered by medical insurance!

Ok truly, I have spent quite a bit of money trying our mouth tape. I felt like goldilocks; too sticky, not sticky enough, left residue, wouldn't work my lip moisturizer.....you get the point.
I was ready to give up and sleep with my mouth gaping open forever until SayLess. These are perfect. Right size, I can wear my skin creams/lip mask, stays on all night and my husband actually thinks they are cute looking. (Much better than the black hostage tape looking one).

I was skeptical of trying the mouth tape craze but I’m so glad I did especially with this brand, they actually stay on even with a lip mask before bed and I get the deepest sleep. Can’t be without these now!
I love the different colors that are offered. As a mouth breather my whole life and with ADHD. I have started mouth taping a couple of years ago. All the brands before that I used on amazon would actually rip my skin when I would take it off. I truly Enjoy Say Less because it has the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, it stays secure without irritating my skin.
