Soon after being prescribed a night guard, a white coating developed on my tongue followed by strong breath due to the fitted guard pushing open my mouth during sleep. I'm glad I tried this company's mouth tape; works very well - stays put, doesn't have a medical grade tape smell or any smell really, and is gentle on my sensitive skin.
I honestly didn’t expect mouth tape to make that much of a difference, but I’ve been so impressed with Say Less. I wake up feeling noticeably more refreshed and like I actually slept better. It’s super easy to use and has quickly become part of my nighttime routine. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
This is the third brand of mouth tape I have tried and I love them! They stay in very well over products and do not bother me all night. I sleep much better and wake up more refreshed.
Tried so many brands and Sayless is the best in material used, style and how it stays. It removes quite easily considering how well it adheres. The fabric is light weight with a touch of sheen to it and the color options are pretty. Going to try the minis next because they are too cute!
SayLess has greatly improved my sleep. I use a CPAP and I breath through my mouth while asleep. I tried several lip tapes, until I discovered SayLee. SayLess is the only lip tap that keeps my mouth and throat moist, plus it's not so large which creates air leakage around the CPAP cushion. SayLee has done more to help my sleep experience than anything I've tried. I wake up refreshed and ready to go.
I love the Say Less products! I tried them initially, then gave the Ugly Sleep Club mouth tape a shot because their advertising is relentless. Unfortunately, they didn’t stay on nearly as well as Say Less, and they didn’t work with lip balm. Needless to say, I came right back to Say Less — and I’m so glad I did! The mouth tape is perfect for preventing nighttime dry mouth.
I have tried many different brands, but these are by far the best! SayLess is so much more and my choice from now on!
Love these, they work well and are less harsh than other tapes I have tried. They do stay put over lip balm and lotion, which is great.
Felt very small at first but was so comfortable for sleep ans stayed put all night. I even tested with a thick lip balm. Nice mouth tape, pleased so far.
Lovely color and feel. Haven’t slept with this style yet but I plan to tonight. I like the feel of this material better than any other mouth tapes I have used previously. Really glad I bought the 3 month supply.
I wanted an option that covered my whole mouth with good adhesion since I use a lot of moisturizer/lip mask. This is perfect. Now I can’t sleep without it.
I love these so much! They stick all night and my lips feel so moisturized the next day since I'm able to wear my lip mask with these! I will say the price is out of my range so I have to substitute every other night with another brand but other than that, they're great!
I have tried several brands of mouth tape. I hated them all EXCEPT THESE! They’re so comfortable. I slept soundly and forgot I had them on. I will def repurchase !

Ive tried at least 5 top brands. The fabric is so silky and i love the color with a slight shimmer. Wish there really was true glitter in them lol. I have the dark ones too and love both. Im hooked!
The material is so light weight and you can breath through it without a hole. They are cute and easy to take off yet stayed on so beautifully
I found the doctor on tikok and followered her because it showed a day in her life a dentist and I loved her attention to detail. So when I saw she made a mouth tape I knew it would be extremely thought out. I've tried a few other brands and I'm obsessed with this one! I want sure what I was missing until this one. I'm pleased I can do my skincare and it doesn't clog my sensitive skin but still sticks! It's also super thin.

Tried so so many mouth tapes for my daughter and they all fall off or cause irritation. These are gentle, stay on and work!
No shade to some of the others (some do kinda deserve shade) but these were the first and only mouth tapes that were legitimately breathable, genuinely did work with lip care AND stayed on all night. I wouldn’t even care if they weren’t cute, but the oversized adorable lips are probably part of why they work - most others are just wide enough and just high enough to work perfectly centered, but these give you some real estate.
I also barely feel it so that and the breathability make these pretty ideal for both beginners and those who’ve gone through every brand looking for “the one.” I love them and love that it was a dentist who made these happen.
I’ve tried a few different mouth tape brands and this one is definitely superior. The coverage is great and it sticks without problems to lip glossed and moisturized skin. The issue is the cost and the import fees to Canada. All savings gained from buying a 6 month supply are lost completely when tariffs are charged on bring them into Canada from the U.S. Paying more than $1 CAD per night to use these just isn’t worth it to me. So I won’t be buying them again until a better deal can be had.
These are the most comfortable mouth tapes I’ve tried. The lips completely cover the mouth, and I have had no issues with the stick-um, either allergy-wise or with respect to holding all night.
Stays in place all night even with the skincare products I use, as advertised. Also does not irritate my skin. Love and highly recommend!
