OK, so I'm a mouth breather...been forever. My ENT recommended mouth tape (who even knew it is a THING?) and I tried these... game changer! I sleep so much better, no dry throat in the morning and I swear my sinuses are taking a deep OM breath! LOVE THESE!

I sleep so much better when taping my lips. Before finding SayLess, I tried about 3 different "well-rated" lip tapes and all left my lips peeling and painful with an allergic reaction. SayLess is the only lip tape that doens't!

I started using these as part of my CPAP protocol. I was using a tight, uncomfortable chin strap to stop my mouth breathing. These were a game changer for me. Completely comfortable, they leave no residue, and they don’t irritate my overly-sensitive skin. They should be covered by medical insurance!

Ok truly, I have spent quite a bit of money trying our mouth tape. I felt like goldilocks; too sticky, not sticky enough, left residue, wouldn't work my lip moisturizer.....you get the point.
I was ready to give up and sleep with my mouth gaping open forever until SayLess. These are perfect. Right size, I can wear my skin creams/lip mask, stays on all night and my husband actually thinks they are cute looking. (Much better than the black hostage tape looking one).
Give these a go. They are juuuuuust right.

I was skeptical of trying the mouth tape craze but I’m so glad I did especially with this brand, they actually stay on even with a lip mask before bed and I get the deepest sleep. Can’t be without these now!
I love the different colors that are offered. As a mouth breather my whole life and with ADHD. I have started mouth taping a couple of years ago. All the brands before that I used on amazon would actually rip my skin when I would take it off. I truly Enjoy Say Less because it has the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, it stays secure without irritating my skin.

I have tried other tapes before and what I didn’t like was that they were either too small, I had to use multiple pieces, and the biggest thing was that I had to completely wipe off all of my skincare and lip products just to make them stick. With Night Lips I don’t worry about any of this! It’s the perfect size, one piece, and I can put all the skin care I want and these stick and stay put all night. Such a great product!
I started mouth taping after all the hype on tik tok, but wanted something that was compatible with all my skin care and lip masks that I use. If that sounds like you too, then this is it! Hands down best mouth tape and added plus that it’s cute! I can most definitely tell the difference in my sleep quality with vs without. I feel much more rested when I wake up if I use the mouth tape! Side note: my husband uses them too 😆
So comfortable, sticks over any skincare and chapstick, but doesn’t leave sticky residue like other mouth tapes, and you wake up feeling great. Can’t live without it!!!!
Finally a mouth tape that stays on! I have huge tonsils that tend to make me mouth breath at night, so I’m used to waking up feeling absolutely exhausted with a full headache. Wearing these has changed everything—I wake up feeling like I actually slept! My days start off so much better thanks to Sayless. I’m so grateful
I have been using skinny confidential mouth tape and then found these which are so much better! Better adhesive and no hole in the middle.
As a chronic mouth breather who always feels like their nose is a little stuffy, I thought mouth tape would feel suffocating. I really wanted to try it out though with all the possible benefits. I expected to have to work my way up to all night but surprisingly did not wake up uncomfortable the first night and slept all the way through. This worked with all my skincare applied, including a lip mask! My oura sleep score jumped up from my usual high 70s/low 80s to high 80s/low 90s now when I wear these to bed. I don’t think I will be able to go without them now.
I have a hard time sleeping at night because I grind my teeth. I started using this out of curiosity and even when I sleep less hours, my sleep is much deeper and improved. Can’t recommend it more.
