I have tried several brands of mouth tape. I hated them all EXCEPT THESE! They’re so comfortable. I slept soundly and forgot I had them on. I will def repurchase !

Ive tried at least 5 top brands. The fabric is so silky and i love the color with a slight shimmer. Wish there really was true glitter in them lol. I have the dark ones too and love both. Im hooked!
The material is so light weight and you can breath through it without a hole. They are cute and easy to take off yet stayed on so beautifully
I found the doctor on tikok and followered her because it showed a day in her life a dentist and I loved her attention to detail. So when I saw she made a mouth tape I knew it would be extremely thought out. I've tried a few other brands and I'm obsessed with this one! I want sure what I was missing until this one. I'm pleased I can do my skincare and it doesn't clog my sensitive skin but still sticks! It's also super thin.

Tried so so many mouth tapes for my daughter and they all fall off or cause irritation. These are gentle, stay on and work!
No shade to some of the others (some do kinda deserve shade) but these were the first and only mouth tapes that were legitimately breathable, genuinely did work with lip care AND stayed on all night. I wouldn’t even care if they weren’t cute, but the oversized adorable lips are probably part of why they work - most others are just wide enough and just high enough to work perfectly centered, but these give you some real estate.
I also barely feel it so that and the breathability make these pretty ideal for both beginners and those who’ve gone through every brand looking for “the one.” I love them and love that it was a dentist who made these happen.
I’ve tried a few different mouth tape brands and this one is definitely superior. The coverage is great and it sticks without problems to lip glossed and moisturized skin. The issue is the cost and the import fees to Canada. All savings gained from buying a 6 month supply are lost completely when tariffs are charged on bring them into Canada from the U.S. Paying more than $1 CAD per night to use these just isn’t worth it to me. So I won’t be buying them again until a better deal can be had.
These are the most comfortable mouth tapes I’ve tried. The lips completely cover the mouth, and I have had no issues with the stick-um, either allergy-wise or with respect to holding all night.
Stays in place all night even with the skincare products I use, as advertised. Also does not irritate my skin. Love and highly recommend!
I have diagnosed sleep apnea, but am struggling with the sensory issues of a cpap. After being tired of being tired, I began reading about mouth breathing at night and how mouth tape may help. I tried several mouth tapes, but the adhesive on all of them was too strong and irritated my skin. I am so grateful to have found Say Less. These little beauties are literally perfect. Say Less are light weight, stay in place, and the adhesive doesn't bother my sensitive skin. Plus, they are cute and come in multiple colors which I appreciate. I had no idea how much mouth breathing and snoring were linked to my morning sore throat issue. *Side note, I am normal weight and don't have enlarged tonsils. Ladies, if you are chronically exhausted or your partner says you're snoring or mouth breathing, push back if your doctor says you can't possibly have sleep apnea. Ask them to document that they are refusing testing. Healthy sleep is so important for our hearts, oral, and mental health. I am so grateful I've found my "Cinderella Slipper" moment with Say Less as I navigate the challenges of sleep related issues. Thank you!
I can’t say enough good things about this mouth tape. First of all, the lips are so cute. Second, it is so comfortable. Third, it sticks so well even over chapstick AND peels off nicely. What else? Oh, no dry mouth and better sleep!
Apparently I snore, but my boyfriend says these really help. They are comfortable and you can wear lip balm with them. I saw a review on different mouth tapes and I'm so glad I went with these ones!

I’ve tried 2 other kinds of mouth tape before Sayless- and Sayless is by far the best. Stays on throughout the whole night, doesn’t leave your mouth and lips.. and it’s aesthetically pleasing.

I have been using for a week and they work great. I use the mini heart and I like that my entire mouth isn’t being covered. I have slept better since I started using it and don’t plan to stop.
I have been mouth taping for around a year and have tried a dozen different brands. Prior to this, my favorite was queen - BUT I hated that even the tiniest bit of chapstick or moisture would cause it to fall off. I switched to another brand claiming to include "skin care" but it has the hole in the middle, and let's be honest - its not really mouth taping if there is a hole. Then, I came acorss SayLess. After one night i was hooked. The material is so soft, but still sticky enough to stay on. Lip mask, full skin routine and its on all night long. Having kids, I occasionally have to remove the tape in the middle of the night to calm a crying toddler, and this will peel off, and stick back on! 10000 out of 10 recommend

The adhesive works on top of lip balm and the tape is easily removed in the morning without pulling.
Ever since I started using these, my sleep has improved. They're comfortable and stay on. If you're having any issues with sticky residue, be sure to moisturize your lips before applying.

I am a mouth breather who has to wear a cpap. The full face masks on the cpap don’t work for me, which leaves me the option of the nasal mask or nasal pillows, meaning I have to tape my mouth shut. These lip tapes work so well! They stay in place all night, yet aren’t as hard to remove as others I’ve tried. A tip I would give others - to make removal even easier, wet the lip tape before removing. Shipping does take a very long time though, so order well ahead of when you need them.
